Junior System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot all hardware systems, including desktops, printers, projectors, and internet devices.

- Oversee software operations, updates, and installations across all office systems.

- Manage CSAP IAS Academy App backend including class uploads, access control, and coordination with tech support.

- Handle basic IT support for faculty and students when needed.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all tech infrastructure in the institute.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (any stream)

- Essential Requirement: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with mobile apps, computers, and basic IT tools.

- Basic knowledge of hardware setup, software handling, and internet troubleshooting.

- Good communication skills in Assamese, Hindi, and English.
