Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a JUNIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST at a recruitment consultancy. The Junior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates for various roles. They will be expected to conduct market research, manage job postings, and maintain a talent pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include identifying candidates through various channels, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations. They will also work on contract negotiation and collaborate with procurement teams.
