Junior Sourcer

As a Process Associate at thinkbridge, you will play a crucial role in supporting BPO hiring operations and sourcing top talent for our growth-stage clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to sourcing profiles relevant to client requirements, updating profiles on ERP systems, identifying potential profiles using client tracking systems, tracking profiles submitted on client tracking systems, and working closely with clients to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
