Junior Software Engineer

We are seeking passionate and analytical Junior Software Engineers Artificial Intelligence & Data Science to join our AI division. The role involves the complete software development lifecyclefrom analysis and design to coding and implementationusing advanced AI tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end application development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work on AI and machine learning models using Python and related libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications.
• Follow organizational development practices (Jira, Git, Agile methods).
• Engage in continuous learning and internal training to enhance AI and Data Science skills.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Programming: Proficiency in Python (knowledge of R is a plus).
• AI/ML Algorithms: Understanding of regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
• Data Handling: Experience with data wrangling, visualization, and large datasets.
• Mathematics & Statistics: Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.
• Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Mindset: Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn emerging AI and ML technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate
• Academic Performance: Minimum 8.5 CGPA or 85% aggregate (10th, 12th & B.Tech).

Selection Process

1. Online Test – 1: Elimination round

2. Technical Interview (L1) with Technical Leads

3. Online Coding Test: Elimination round

4. HR Interview: Discussion on aspirations, salary, and joining details

Internship & Employment Details

• Internship Duration: 6 months (theoretical + practical training)
• Stipend: 15,000 per month during internship
• Performance Criteria during Internship: Minimum 70% score in periodic assessments & 80% attendance
• Employment Offer: Full-time role upon successful completion of internship and assessments
