Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: As a dynamic, driven, and empathetic social media & outreach manager at KnowDisability.org and BFG Media, you will play a critical role in growing the digital presence and ensuring more families, educators, and NGOs are connected to the courses and offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, manage, and grow social media platforms for KnowDisability.org and the e-commerce brand. - Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the internal team to create high-quality content, including video reels, carousels, and stories. - Run paid ad campaigns, optimize for conversions, and track performance. - Create engaging campaigns aligning with the mission, calendar, and product launches. - Reach out to parents, NGOs, and special education centers to encourage enrollment in courses (online, at the Delhi studio, or at their locations). - Maintain a strong lead pipeline and ensure follow-ups for conversion. - Coordinate workshops or webinars to generate interest and visibility. - Invite parents, special educators, and changemakers to feature on the upcoming podcast. - Curate engaging content ideas for the podcast in line with the mission. - Work with the internal team to schedule, record, and promote each podcast episode.
