Job Description

We need a Social Media Manager to handle content creation, scheduling, engagement, and platform growth across all major channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan monthly content calendars
Post daily content and monitor engagement
Run campaigns and increase followers organically
Coordinate with designers/video editors for content
Analyze insights and prepare performance reports
Engage with comments, messages, and the community

About Company: Water Town Swim School specializes in swim lessons for children from 4 months to 4 years old. We do not view swimming solely as a sport of getting from point A to point B, but rather as one of the best ways to maximize a child's potential.
