Junior Social Media Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Social Media Executive located in Ludhiana. The Junior Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing social media marketing strategies, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content tailored for different platforms, considering audience and platform dynamics.
• Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, responding to comments, and fostering community interaction.
• Incorporate creative visual elements using tools like Canva, InShot, and SocialPilot to enhance content quality.
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies for maximum organic reach.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Graduated in any field or related field would preferred.
• Having certification in digital marketing courses is a plus.
• Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Understanding of social media analytics, advertising, and reporting.
