Job Description

Role:

To perform the prescribed functions on a daily basis and ensure all reports are closed on timely basis to ensure the tasks are completed well within the TAT

Responsibilities:

To input incoming orders in ICON everyday and to ensure all orders are processed without delay and error according to the prescribed company standards and prescribed work flow procedure.
To ensure litigation check is done on all the companies to ensure the data provide is accurate.
Ensure calling procedure is in accordance with the group standards.
To perform as back-up of other team members during their leaves if necessary.
To work on any ad-hoc tasks (Re-investigation or address confirmation) as instructed by manager
Ensure all Non Inc Co. are sent by 24hrs.
Non Inc Companies should be positive collect (75% - 80%)
Ensure we follow group standards and compliance

Preferred candidate profile:

Good command of English and preferably most of the north Indian languages for calling.
Technically sound in financial knowledge (Should be capable enough to asses on the B/S and P&L A/c)
Detail-oriented and accustomed to detecting errors
Multi-tasking, able to handle high volume of work under high pressure
People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized and self-motivated
Able to meet deadline and daily volume target
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word, etc.)
Calling ability and convincing the customer to procure data.

Qualification

Only Graduates (B.Com) in Finance or related discipline
