This position will be in Hyderabad WFO but you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. We are a fast-paced company that is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking team members who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively to accomplish Base8 goals. About the Role:

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will work on multiple SEO projects, assisting in AI-driven SEO implementation, backlink strategy, on-page optimization, and blog posting. You’ll collaborate closely with the SEO and content team to drive measurable results in organic search rankings and traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of AI tools and workflows to enhance SEO efficiency and performance.

Execute link-building and backlink outreach campaigns to improve domain authority and page rankings.

Support on-page SEO activities, including meta tag optimization, internal linking, URL structure, and schema markup.

Manage blog posting and optimization — upload, format, and optimize content for SEO best practices.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner.

Track, monitor, and report SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, AI integration trends, and SEO best practices.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO alignment across all projects.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, and technical).

Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, etc.).

Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Knowledge of link-building techniques and content optimization.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog (preferred).

Nice to Have:

Experience in schema markup, content strategy, or AI-driven keyword research.

Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
