Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and validation rules to support business users. You will work under senior developer guidance to develop and maintain basic Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Furthermore, you will support system integrations, data imports/exports, and routine platform maintenance activities. Your role will also involve helping with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of user issues, participating in QA/UAT testing, documenting changes, and ensuring smooth deployments. You will collaborate with global Salesforce and business teams to gather requirements and deliver small enhancements and have the opportunity to learn and grow into advanced Salesforce development and platform specialization. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Salesforce platform administration and configuration - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and validation rules - Develop and maintain basic Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Assist in system integrations, data imports/exports, and routine platform maintenance - Help with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of user issues - Participate in QA/UAT testing, document changes, and ensure smooth deployments - Collaborate with global Salesforce and business teams to gather requirements and deliver small enhancements Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Junior Developer - Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration, reports, dashboards, workflows, flows - Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) - Understanding of CRM concepts and enterprise processes - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Preferred: Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) or Platform App Builder certification Additional Company Details: You will love working at Teradata because we prioritize a people-first culture, embrace a flexible work model, focus on well-being, and are dedicated to fostering an equitable environment through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
