Junior Salesforce Admin/Dev

Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator and Junior Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. - Assisting in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, flows, and validation rules to support business users. - Developing and maintaining basic Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) under senior developer guidance. - Supporting system integrations, data imports/exports, and routine platform maintenance activities. - Helping with troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of user issues. - Participating in QA/UAT testing, documenting changes, and ensuring smooth deployments. - Collaborating with global Salesforce and business teams to gather requirements and deliver small enhancements. - Learning and growing into advanced Salesforce development and platform specialization. Qualifications required for this role: - 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Junior Developer (internships or project experience may be considered). - Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration (user management, reports, dashboards, workflows, flows). - Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Familiarity with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). - Understanding of CRM concepts and enterprise processes (Leads, Opportunities, Service, Cases). - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Preferred: Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) or Platform App Builder certification.
