Job Title: Junior Sales Executive IT Outbound Calling (US Market) Location: Chennai Department: Sales Working Hours: US Time Zone Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales team. This role is focused on outbound calling potential clients in the US market , introducing our solutions, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in building our outbound sales engine and supporting overall growth targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential identified clients in the IT space. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Identify decision-makers and set appointments for senior sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales/marketing and technical teams for campaign alignment and feedback. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work during US business hours. Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM usage is a plus. Energetic, persuasive, and self-driven attitude. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
