Junior Sales Executive (Hunter)

As a Sales Hunter at Bonhomiee, your role is crucial in driving Gross Transaction Value (GTV) through high-volume sales activities and lead conversions for Ascendus AI Engine generated itineraries. This is a performance-driven sales position requiring your commitment and proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and lead generation on a daily basis. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead-to-booking conversion for both B2C and B2B segments. - Ensure 100% data discipline by consistently logging all activities in the CRM to enhance our AI engine's performance. - Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales Operations (Shilpa) to achieve strict process KPIs.
