Role Overview
As a Junior Research Associate, you’ll work alongside our R&D team to develop and test rapid detection methods for common milk adulterants. You'll contribute directly to the creation of field-ready kits that serve labs, dairy plants, and consumers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct lab testing and support method development for adulterants
• Handle reagent preparation, shelf-life studies, and performance evaluations
• Assist with enzyme-based detection R&D and process optimization
• Maintain lab data, record, and collaborate with the lead researcher

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
• Knowledge or academic exposure to enzyme-based methods or dairy product testing
• Familiarity with lab instruments (pH meter, weighing balance, etc.)
• Research-oriented mindset, detail-focused, and open to fieldwork
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm to work in a hands-on, fast-paced startup lab
