About the job: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with Acenzo LLP's vision and values. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth by building a dynamic and skilled workforce dedicated to design excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments at Acenzo LLP. 2. Collaborate with the HR Manager to assess hiring needs and craft effective sourcing strategies. 3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. 4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth experience. 5. Maintain and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate data. 6. Support offer negotiations and onboarding in partnership with HR and leadership teams. 7. Assist in planning and executing campus recruitment drives and internship initiatives. 8. Generate recruitment reports and suggest improvements to optimize the hiring process. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. 3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; experience with Keka is an added advantage. 4. Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills, including the ability to engage passive talent. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset. 6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment processes in a dynamic work environment. 7. Basic knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Perks: 1.
