About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand the hiring needs and role requirements shared by hiring managers or clients. 2. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. 3. Review resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial screening calls. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 5. Support in negotiating job offers, salary expectations, and finalizing the candidate onboarding. 6. Keep up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices. 7. Maintain regular follow-ups with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process until closure. 8. Draft, update, and publish job descriptions on job boards and networking platforms. 9. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates using proactive sourcing strategies. 10. Be self-motivated and goal-oriented to meet hiring targets and timelines.
