About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection coordination
2. Use job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn on a daily basis with expert proficiency
3. Draft and post clear and effective job descriptions
4. Manage incoming applications and optimize postings to attract relevant candidates
5. Identify, engage, and attract top talent using diverse sourcing techniques
6. Maintain and update a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
7. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
8. Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates throughout the process
9. Conduct HR screenings and assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment
10. Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and define role specifications
11. Provide regular recruitment status reports to management
12. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at all stages
13. Deliver timely feedback and maintain consistent communication during the hiring cycle
14. Keep accurate and updated recruitment documentation and reports
15. Ensure hiring activities comply with internal policies and labor laws

Requirements:

1. Have proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in agency or corporate tech hiring
2. Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
3. Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Be smart, confident, and organized with a proactive attitude
5. Manage multiple openings and tasks simultaneously with efficiency
6. Show a strong understanding of IT roles, industry trends, and technical requirements
7. Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
