Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QS Engineer with strong knowledge of residential building projects. The ideal candidate will handle quantity estimation, cost control, budgeting, and billing activities.
Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis
Manage subcontractor and client billing
Handle material reconciliation and cost monitoring
Coordinate with project and procurement teams
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
36 years of experience in residential projects
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Language: Kannada mandatory
Bike: Required
