Junior Python Developer

As a Junior Python Developer at our company, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask - Implement file upload/download and file processing workflows - Parse and extract data from PDF, DOCX, CSV, Excel, and text files - Build and manage database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - Implement audit logging (signups, logins, file access, API events) - Work with background tasks (FastAPI async tasks/Celery) - Deploy and maintain backend services on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) - Handle S3 file storage and CloudWatch logging - Write clean, modular Python code with proper version control (Git) - Work with Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong Python programming skills - Experience with FastAPI or Flask - Familiarity with file parsing libraries such as PyPDF2, PDFPlumber, python-docx, pandas - Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases - Knowledge of logging and monitoring - Experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, Lambda, and CloudWatch - Proficient in Git, Docker, and Postman While not mandatory, the following skills would be considered a plus: - Familiarity with Redis and message queues (RabbitMQ/SQS) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of basic security best practices If you join us as a Junior Python Developer, you will have the opportunity to work full-time at our in-person work location.,
