Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in backend development. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining our CRM, automation tools, and API integrations that power the ClickNCare platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend systems using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
Integrate APIs such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, and CRM modules
Collaborate with mobile and web teams for seamless coordination
Optimize database structure and performance
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot, test, and deploy updates efficiently
Required Skills
Strong command of Python and frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
Experience with REST APIs and backend development
Good understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for integration)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in CRM or service management systems
Knowledge of automation or AI tools
