Job Details:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchase & Order Executive to join our team. The role involves managing order processing, coordinating shipments, maintaining stock records, and supporting inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, communicative, and capable of handling e-commerce tools and data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) based on inventory requirements and sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate stock records and track inventory movement across locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
• Monitor supply chain timelines to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Assist in stock audits and ensure inventory data accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams for order tracking and inbound/outbound movement.
• Maintain and update documentation related to procurement, orders, and supply transactions.
• Collaborate with finance for invoice processing and vendor payments.

Requirements:

• Only Male candidate is prefered.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using computers and software tools for inventory/order management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, energetic, and able to multitask.

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation OR a completed Diploma/Certification course in a relevant field (e.g., commerce, operations, supply chain, or computer applications).
• Freshers with relevant training or certification are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
