Role: Junior Project Manager Location: Kumbalgodu, Bengaluru Principal Responsibility: Experience in Change Management Administration Manage and support the implementation of change processes Experience in Interface to Quality Act as a supporting interface and substitute for quality-related project management tasks Experience in Process Analysis & Optimization Analyze and optimize internal project management processes to improve efficiency Experience in Automation & Digitalization Simplify and automate internal workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) Experience in Templates & Dashboards Create and maintain templates and dashboards to support internal project management Experience in Training Materials & Sessions Develop and update training materials for internal processes and project management tools Experience in Training Execution Plan and conduct internal training sessions to enhance the efficient use of project management methods and digital workflows Experience in Project Management Support Assist in planning, preparing, and following up on project controlling meetings
