Create accurate technical documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Interpret and translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural solutions.
Produce walkthroughs and fly-throughs as required.
Collaborate with the design team on facade development, interior schemes, and material palettes.
Assist in presentations with visually compelling layouts, diagrams, and renderings.
Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
Prepare and review BOQs, schedules, and specifications for material selection and construction.
Participate in site visits, design clarifications, and quality reviews.
Support senior architects in client meetings with design inputs and visuals.
Ensure timely submission of deliverables based on project timelines and feedback.
Incorporate client feedback into design iterations and presentation decks.
Ensure all drawings comply with local by-laws, NBC, and DCR regulations (as per Mumbai region).
Maintain design documentation, issue logs, and version control for drawing sets.
Prepare and manage submission drawings for approvals (e.g., BMC/NMMC/SRA/PMC).
