Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and well-spoken Program Advisors to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will help close sales and meet targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Understanding Needs: Engage with customers to understand their needs and present the best solutions.
  • Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Provide Information: Answer customer queries and send additional product information as needed.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM up to date with the status of current and potential customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build rapport and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA/BCA/Btech/MCA/Mtech/ BSC Computer Science
  • Experience: Fresher with a strong interest in sales.
