Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhiwadi for a Junior Microbiologists- Production at MAAT Biotech. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day production operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards and managing a team of production staff. You will also work with other departments to optimize processes, drive efficiencies, and implement improvements to increase productivity. This is an entry level position and freshers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Biological Sciences Microbiology preferred
• 0-1 year experience in Microbiology laboratory
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, quality control, and GMP principles will be added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional team
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
