As a Junior Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the daily management of composite production lines. This includes supervising manufacturing activities, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, coordinating the workforce, and reporting to the senior production team. Key Responsibilities: - -Supervise day-to-day production operations on the shop floor - Oversee FRP/GRP manufacturing processes: Hand lay-up, resin infusion, RTM, pultrusion, spray-up - Allocate manpower and monitor shift performance - Conduct raw material checks and ensure correct prep of resin, catalyst, fiber, and molds - Monitor curing cycles, demolding, finishing, and inspections - Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage - Track production output and reduce waste - Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports
