Junior Product Manager - Mobile Apps Domain

You are a highly experienced and driven Junior Product Manager responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile and web products. Your role involves managing products from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including conceptualization, planning, roadmap creation, execution, launch, and iteration. - Collaborate with leadership, engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision, goals, and success metrics. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies to identify opportunities and define requirements. - Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively to maximize value delivery. - Drive execution by working closely with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases. - Monitor performance metrics post-launch and implement data-driven enhancements. - Ensure product scalability, usability, and alignment with industry best practices. - Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders clearly. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Technology, or related field. - 2-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of handling complete product execution from start to finish. - Strong expertise in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and delivering successful digital products. - Excellent understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android) and web platforms. - Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude, etc.). - Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints. - Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in fitness, wellness, or streaming applications is a significant advantage.
