Junior Product Designer

As a Product Designer at the company, you will revolutionize user experiences through collaboration and cutting-edge design. Are you ready to make a significant impact Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams to deeply understand the problems faced by customers. Explore multiple high-level approaches to solving these problems. - Design UX and UI elements, evolving them as products mature and scale. - Create prototypes and conduct usability testing/guerilla testing of design work. - Ensure the voice of the customer is integrated by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design. - Contribute to shaping design standards and patterns. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a product designer in a B2C setup. - Ability to contribute to building a design culture, in addition to individual contributions. - Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of how component libraries/design systems are set up there. - Familiarity with technical constraints and best practices in designing digital platforms and responsive web design principles. - Strong focus on the customer, making design decisions based on research, including interviews, usability testing, and quantitative data. - Passion for continuous learning and growth, with a curiosity about the "why" of design, as well as the "what". - Interest in designing for customer growth and engagement. - Experience working on consumer-facing products through design and release iterations (Optional). - Passion for UX and other areas of design and innovation.
