Junior Product Designer

As a Junior Product Designer at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside senior designers, product managers, and developers to bring user-centered design to life in the healthcare and recruitment solutions domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Help define and improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of Knovator's Product. - Create deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and flows to effectively communicate design ideas. - Contribute to research initiatives like usability tests, surveys, and interviews in collaboration with UX researchers and product managers. - Design features that seamlessly integrate into the larger user experience and flows. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on and enhance the existing product experience. - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX techniques, tools, and patterns and share knowledge within the team. - Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and pitch innovative design ideas. - Ensure smooth handoff and implementation of design assets by working closely with developers. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in product design or a related field, including internships or freelance work. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Basic knowledge of prototyping and understanding of responsive design principles. - Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adeptness at working in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
