Junior Product Designer

You will be joining our team as a Junior Product Designer, collaborating closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to bring user-centered design to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating impactful healthcare and recruitment solutions and eager to grow in the fast-paced world of product design. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Help define and improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of Knovator's Product. - Create deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and flows to effectively communicate design ideas. - Define and contribute to research initiatives like usability tests, surveys, and interviews alongside UX researchers and product managers. - Design features that seamlessly fit within the larger experience and flows. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on and refine the existing experience. - Stay informed on the latest UI/UX techniques, tools, and patterns, and share knowledge with the team. - Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and pitch design ideas. - Work with developers to ensure a smooth handoff and implementation of design assets. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in product design or a related field (internships or freelance work considered). - Strong portfolio showcasing user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) design work. - Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Basic knowledge of prototyping. - Understanding of responsive design principles. - Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. If you have experience in designing for healthcare and recruitment products or familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS), it would be a plus.,
