Junior Procurement Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the procurement process at all stages, starting from identifying needs to closing purchase orders. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining supplier relationships, gathering information, and monitoring orders and deliveries. Your role will also involve managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, and following up with suppliers for prompt deliveries. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the procurement process from start to finish - Maintain relationships with suppliers, gather information, and monitor orders and deliveries - Prepare purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and follow up with suppliers to expedite deliveries - Manage and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance - Collaborate with inventory clerks and warehouse supervisors to coordinate timely receipt and storage of goods - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all procurement activities - Maintain accurate documentation for all procurement activities - Provide regular updates on order status and escalate any issues or queries as needed Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Familiarity with data management and documentation - Knowledge of inventory coordination practices Please note that this job offers benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund, and follows a schedule of day shift or morning shift.
