Junior Process Trainer LiDAR (Coimbatore)

Position: Junior Process Trainer LiDAR Location: Coimbatore & Kolkata • Department: Training & Development / Learning & Development Experience: Fresher up to 6 months About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our Training team as Junior Process Trainers LiDAR. This role is ideal for fresh B.E./B.Tech graduates who have a passion for teaching, training, and technology and want to build a career in Learning & Development. As a Junior Trainer, you will assist in conducting and supporting training programs on LiDAR, 2D & 3D annotation, and simulation processes. You will help learners develop both technical and soft skills, ensuring smooth onboarding and performance readiness. Key Responsibilities • Assist in delivering engaging technical and process training sessions for new joiners and existing team members. • Support the design and development of learning materials, simulation-based exercises, and assessments. • Collaborate with project and operations teams to understand training requirements and content needs. • Provide feedback and conduct refresher training as required. • Maintain training records, reports, and learner performance metrics. • Continuously learn emerging tools, technologies, and simulation trends relevant to LiDAR and 3D environments. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: • B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, or related fields) Experience: • Freshers or up to 6 months of relevant internship / teaching / training experience Core Competencies:
