Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, or service issues in a professional manner.
Monitor transport management systems to track shipments from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate GRN (Goods Received Note) uploads.
Plan dispatches based on demand forecasts, material availability, and production schedules to minimize delays and optimize costs.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Manage inventory levels by tracking stock movements, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing corrective actions.
