Junior Operations Executive Job

About the job: As an Ecommerce Operations Executive, you will manage the backend engine that powers smooth customer experience, timely deliveries, and inventory control. Key responsibilities: 1. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with in-house packing team and third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. 2. Returns & RTO Management: Proactively handle return requests, reduce RTOs, and resolve customer delivery issues. 3. Customer Support: Follow up with abandoned cart users, confirm high-value orders, and handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. 4. Inventory Management: Update product stock across platforms; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments. 5. Event Operations: Assist in managing brand exhibitions/pop-ups and ensure smooth on-ground operations. Excellent verbal & written English 4. Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp-based customer communication, and e-commerce dashboards (Shopify knowledge is a plus) 5.
