Communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone to confirm bookings and address any inquiries or issues. 3. Prepare and update travel itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 4. Maintain organized records of client information, bookings, and payments using MS-Word. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all client preferences and requests are met. 6. Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise during travel. 7. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
