About the job: As an Ecommerce Operations Executive, you will manage the backend engine that powers smooth customer experience, timely deliveries, and inventory control. Key responsibilities: 1. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with in-house packing team and third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. 2. Returns & RTO Management: Proactively handle return requests, reduce RTOs, and resolve customer delivery issues. 3. Customer Support: Follow up with abandoned cart users, confirm high-value orders, and handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. 4. Inventory Management: Update product stock across platforms; coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments. 5. Event Operations: Assist in managing brand exhibitions/pop-ups and ensure smooth on-ground operations. About MĀYIN MĀYIN is a fast-growing D2C saree brand bringing contemporary design and heritage handlooms together. We work directly with Indian weavers to create high-quality sarees at accessible prices, and serve a growing base of customers across India through our online-first presence. Role Summary Own the end-to-end creation of all visual assets — product photos, lifestyle shoots, short-form videos and post-production — that power MAYIN’s website, paid-media campaigns and marketplaces. Your work must combine speed with brand-perfect aesthetics that elevate a premium handloom saree label. Responsibilities Plan, light, and shoot all e-commerce stills: flat lays, mannequin, on-model, lifestyle and campaign images. Film short-form videos and Reels (9-15 s) that showcase fabric movement, styling ideas and brand storytelling. Direct models, stylists and small crews to keep shoots on schedule and on brand. Own end-to-end post-production: batch-edit RAW files, retouch, colour-grade, crop and export to Shopify/Amazon specs; edit video, add motion graphics, sound and captions. Maintain organised file naming, backups and a searchable digital asset library (DAM). Track and report creative performance (CTR, conversion, engagement) with the marketing team; iterate based on data. Propose and test new lighting setups, AI tools and visual trends to improve output speed and quality. Manage studio space, gear inventory and rentals; schedule repairs/calibration to minimise downtime. Create shot lists, call sheets and work-back schedules so projects hit deadlines and SLAs. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by following—and helping update—MAYIN’s visual style guide. Qualifications 3 + years shooting fashion or product for e-commerce (portfolio required). Mastery of DSLR/mirrorless bodies, studio strobes & continuous lighting. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve), basic After Effects. Understanding of colour profiles, compression & image specs for fast page load. Ability to direct models & manage small crews/freelancers. Strong organisation: work-back schedules, file hierarchies, shot-lists. Nice-to-Haves Experience with AI tools (Generative Fill, Runway, Sora) to speed post-production. Motion graphics, 3-D cloth simulation, sound-design basics. Knowledge of Shopify media requirements.
