Junior Officer

As a member of our team in Indore, India, you will be responsible for ensuring self-discipline and maintaining personal hygiene at all times. It is essential to understand and align your work with the organizational goals, following and implementing the company's policies diligently. Your primary duties will include running, cleaning, and maintaining the machinery and working premises. You will be accountable for all electrical and mechanical aspects of the machines, ensuring the targeted output is delivered daily without any deviations. Adhering to the systems and procedures in the workplace is crucial, along with maintaining accurate online documentation. Achieving the target yield limits and continuously seeking ways to improve yield will be part of your responsibilities. Reporting any abnormalities observed in the workplace, following instructions from officers and seniors, and carrying out operations as per the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are essential tasks. It is important to implement Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices during work and to contribute ideas for simplifying processes and enhancing machine performance. Good housekeeping in the workplace is expected, ensuring no unauthorized deviations in any process and starting all activities as per the SOPs. Additionally, you will be required to handle machine change parts, operate equipment with PLC/SCADA/HMI/MMI authorization, and maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at all times in the production activity. Your work area will be in the manufacturing (Capsule) of Solid dosage facility (IS Block). You must be willing to fulfill other job requirements as instructed by superiors and adapt to organizational needs promptly.,
