Junior Mobile Developer

Role Overview: As a Junior Mobile Developer at Digitera Technologies, you will be responsible for working on the latest technologies for both in-house and client projects. Your role will involve hands-on work on key projects involving Android, iOS, and Hybrid Applications. This position will challenge you to work independently, code, test, and deliver against tight deadlines in both front end and backend development. Key Responsibilities: - Willingness to work in a high-pressure start-up environment - Good communication skills in English - Ability to effectively articulate problems or requirements in simple English - Strong work attitude, quick learner, and work ethic - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Android/iOS/Hybrid Application development - Proficient in Android Studio, eclipse adt, and have good knowledge of content providers, services, fragments, layouts, broadcast listeners, media, Bluetooth, sensors - Experience working with third-party libraries, especially Volley Library - Knowledge of social networking APIs from Google, Facebook, Twitter, Google Maps API, and hands-on experience with Restful API with XML and JSON parsing - Familiarity with SVN or GitHub - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery mobile, and basic PHP for developing hybrid apps (iOS, Android, Windows) using Apache Cordova or Adobe PhoneGap Build - Strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Experience in e-commerce development framework or Moodle Learning Management system preferred - Ability to execute independently with minimal supervision Qualifications Required: - Completed Android/iOS training program and developed a minimum of 2 or 3 apps in either Android or iOS (trainees for this role) - Computer Science Degree preferred (Note: Photoshop skills are considered a nice-to-have) If you have a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions and want to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, Digitera Technologies is looking for someone like you to join their team as a Junior Mobile Developer in Bangalore, Jayanagar 9th block.
