Junior Mobile Developer

As a Junior Mobile Developer at Digitera, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of in-house and client projects involving Android, iOS, and Hybrid Applications. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly independent developer with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver quality work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Work on both front end and back end development of mobile applications - Utilize technologies such as Android Studio, Eclipse ADT, content providers, services, fragments, layouts, and more - Collaborate with third-party libraries and APIs including social networking APIs, Google Maps API, and Restful API with XML and JSON parsing - Develop hybrid apps for iOS, Android, and Windows using Apache Cordova or Adobe PhoneGap Build - Demonstrate proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and e-commerce development frameworks - Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in Android/iOS/Hybrid Application development - Strong communication skills in English - Ability to articulate problems and requirements effectively - Willingness to work in a high-pressure startup environment - Proficiency in Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery Mobile - Experience with SVN or GitHub for version control - Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus - Candidates with a Computer Science degree and training in Android/iOS development will be given preference If you are a passionate and innovative mobile developer looking to work in a dynamic environment, Digitera Technologies welcomes you to join their team in Bangalore, Jayanagar 9th block.
