Job Description

As a Medical Coder, your role involves extracting relevant information from patient records, liaising with physicians and other parties for information clarification, examining documents for missing data, ensuring grammatical correctness and error-free typing in documents, conducting chart audits, providing guidance and training to physicians and staff on medical coding, reporting equipment and computer program issues to your supervisor, and upholding compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.
