About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Media Buying Executive to manage and optimise performance advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing ad campaigns to drive results, ensuring a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve ad efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyse campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the design team to create ad creatives or use Canva for quick design edits.
• Write compelling ad copies in English to drive engagement and conversions.
• Research market trends, audience behaviour, and competitors to refine strategies.
• Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically on Meta & Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Proficiency in English for ad copywriting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
• Own mode of transport (preferred due to office location in Achrol, Jaipur).
