Position: Jr. Marketing Executive (1 Position) Location: Model Colony, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 25K - 35K CTC Role Overview: The Jr. Marketing Executive will support the promotion and sales of products made by trained women artisans. The role involves assisting in market linkage, organizing exhibitions, and contributing to the development of branding and sales strategies for handmade and socially impactful products. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, BBA, or a related field 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing (experience in the social sector preferred) Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products made by women artisans Support in identifying and developing new market linkages (both offline and online) Help coordinate and organize exhibitions, pop-ups, and other promotional events Assist in building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, customers, and collaborators Contribute to branding and positioning strategies, including packaging, and promotion Engage in direct sales efforts where required Maintain and update social media platforms and support in content creation Prepare basic reports on sales and marketing activities Key Skills Required: Strong networking, communication, and sales skills Knowledge of both digital and offline marketing strategies Ability to work collaboratively with artisans and promote handmade products Social media handling and content promotion is a strong plus Good command of regional language(s) is preferred Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license Role & responsibilities
