Junior Marketer

Hiring for a Kid's furniture brand in Mumbai.

Role Description:

As a Junior Marketing professional, you’ll work closely with the team to plan,

execute, and scale our marketing initiatives. You’ll get hands-on experience in content strategy, community building, creator collaborations, and digital marketing.

This role is perfect for someone at the start of their career (0–1 years of experience) who is passionate about content, creativity, and community.

What You’ll Do

● Brainstorm and execute content strategy with the team

● Help build and grow our creator community

● Manage shoots and streamline content production processes

● Onboard and nurture relationships with micro-creators

● Coordinate UGC collection and content approvals

● Support community management and engagement (we currently have a 300+ parent community)

● Contribute ideas to develop and scale marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

● 0–1 year of marketing/content-related experience (internships count!)

● Strong interest in social media, content creation, and community building

● Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with creators and team members

● Organized and detail-oriented, with a flair for creativity and problem-solving

● A self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
