Junior Logistics Executive

Role Summary:

SAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily depot operations including

  inward receipts, storage, stock transfers, and dispatches

  .
• Ensure

  accurate stock accounting in SAP

  GRN posting, sales order processing, invoicing, and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with transporters for

  timely dispatch and delivery tracking

  .
• Monitor

  inventory levels, stock ageing, damages, and shortages

  and report to management.
• Prepare and maintain depot-related MIS reports (dispatch, stock, billing, etc.).
  
• Ensure adherence to company

  SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements

  .
• Assist in

  monthly/quarterly stock audits

  and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth depot functioning.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  SAP / ERP

  is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of

  logistics, warehouse operations, and stock management

  .
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in

  BBA / B.Com / Logistics / Supply Chain Management

  (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience

  in depot/logistics/warehouse operations.
• FMCG / Manufacturing industry background preferred.
