Junior Legal Associate

As a Junior Associate in the eDiscovery document review projects, your role will involve evaluating and interpreting electronic documents to determine their privileged, responsive, or relevant nature in legal matters. You will need to ensure the highest quality standards in your work. Key Responsibilities: - Perform first-line review for relevancy and privilege on document review projects for high-profile clients and complex cases - Ensure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards, meeting job specifications and deadlines - Identify key documents, log them in the review tool, and communicate effectively with the Team Lead - Focus on accuracy and adopt a first-time right approach to prevent rework - Undertake other special tasks or duties as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Law (LL.B) - 0-1 year of eDiscovery experience (Freshers are welcome) - Ability to work in an onsite setting in Noida Additionally, familiarity with MS Excel, willingness to work overtime, ability to work well under pressure, being a team player, possessing attention to detail and good analytic skills, having the ability to grasp complex subject matters, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
