IT Technician – Juniour

We are looking for a qualified IT Technician assist the IT Department in our organization .

Duties and Responsibilities

· He will be responsible for managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers.

· Will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computer networks aiming for the highest functionality.

· Must have knowledge & experience in Multimedia Software& troubleshooting .

· Must have knowledge & experience in CCTV

· Finding software errors through troubleshooting.

· Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

· Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications

· Must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.

· Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

· Develop , maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance , ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

· Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

· Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work

· Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

· Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

· Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders

· Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

· As an IT worker, you can expect to work with computer-based information systems, software, and hardware, typically by designing, developing, and managing them.

· Any graduate may apply with a minimum 7 - 10 years experience

JOB LOCATION - MUKUNDPUR , KOLKATA ( ON SITE ) - not a remote role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
