Job Description

A growing start-up in the design & build space, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer / Architect to lead client projects, presentations, and material selections. This role requires a creative professional with strong sales acumen and client-handling skills, who can manage end-to-end design execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design interior spaces aligned with client requirements.
Prepare, present, and pitch design concepts to clients with confidence.
Conduct client meetings and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage material selection, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using required software.
Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and design innovations.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong sales orientation with the ability to convert design presentations into client approvals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to independently handle client meetings and close deals.
In-depth knowledge of materials and their applications.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Software Proficiency

AutoCAD
Photoshop
Google SketchUp

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Interior Designing.
Prior experience in client-facing roles is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
