Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

Integrations (50%)

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured integration specifications
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and downstream teams (e.g. payroll, reporting, IDM) to deliver robust integration solutions
  • Support testing and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and technical integrity
  • Document integration logic, error handling, and interface dependencies

Business Analysis & Testing (50%)

  • Gather and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Support testing (unit, regression, UAT), track issues, and validate outcomes
  • Assist in end-user documentation and support materials
  • Support basic reporting setups in Workday Report Writer and validate outputs against business expectations

Skills And Experience Required

  • 25 years' experience in Workday or equivalent HRIS / integration support role
  • Basic understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent) and how Workday integrates with systems like payroll, reporting tools, and identity management
  • Experience documenting requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Understanding of data flows, APIs, XML or similar structures

Nice To Have

  • Exposure to Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware tools
  • Workday certification (especially in integrations)
  • Experience working within Agile or structured delivery environments
