About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Perform tasks like shampooing, conditioning, cutting, coloring, and styling under the guidance of senior stylists 2. Welcome customers, understand their hair preferences, and provide excellent customer service 3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to salon cleanliness protocols 4. Assist with inventory maintenance and ordering of products and tools 5. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge 6. Assist with product recommendations and increase client knowledge of salon products Requirements: 1. Basic knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques 2. Ability to understand and follow instructions 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude 5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics 6.
