Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a vital role in creating compelling graphics that resonate with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and the marketing team to develop designs for various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials. - Ensuring that all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency. - Working in collaboration with senior designers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs. - Managing a library of design assets, including templates, icons, and images. - Accepting constructive feedback and making necessary revisions to designs to meet project expectations. - Staying updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or relevant certification). - 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, which can include internships or freelance work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Strong attention to detail and creativity. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
